Management Cockpit Crew Planning (80-100%, all genders)

In the role of Cockpit Crew Planning Manager, you will be responsible for guiding mid- and long-term cockpit crew capacity by forecasting and optimizing crew demand and training needs. You will drive data-informed decision-making, leveraging analytics to elevate Cockpit Crew Planning to new levels.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading strategic and operational capacity planning for cockpit crews, from long- to mid-term forecasting of crew and training requirements for upcoming years.
• Monitoring performance by gathering and analyzing relevant data from multiple sources, creating reports and insights to support strategic and operational decisions.
• Ensuring compliance by adhering to governmental, contractual, and company regulations in all processes.
• Building strong relationships with stakeholders, fostering transparency and trust to anticipate changes and proactively explore business opportunities.
• Enhancing processes and systems to promote innovation and integration, maximizing the effective use of resources.
• Serving as the official deputy to the Head of Cockpit Crew Planning and acting as the primary escalation contact when needed.
